Easy Sheet Pan Supper
If you’re a busy bee like me, you dread the question of “what am I going to make for dinner?” you often get asked. Most days I think “I don’t have time for this”. If you can relate, you’re in luck! I’ve got a yummy, quick, and easy sheet pan supper that’s sure to please both you and your tastebuds.
This delicious meal can be made in 30 minutes or less with only 7 ingredients or less. Now you can confidently answer that dreaded question about dinner and breathe knowing you’ve got a delicious game plan in hand. These types of meals are great when you’re running short on time.
Hands down, an easy sheet pan supper is my absolute favorite kind of dinner to make. They are so simple and extremely versatile because you can literally put whatever you want with them. However, I will be telling you my favorite one to make that is a tastebud pleaser on all accounts.
Salmon has been a favorite of mine for a long time, and it’s mostly because it’s so versatile and easy to season to perfection with minimal effort. By far though, by favorite way to eat salmon is with a glaze. It’s absolutely delicious and super easy to make and I promise you will never want it any other way again after tasting this! Easy Sheet Pan Supper
An easy recipe in 30 minutes or less with minimal ingredients for busy bees!
- 2 Salmon Fillets
- 1-2 Bag(s) Asian Medley Veggies
- 4 Red Potatoes, Cubed
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2-4 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2-4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Your Favorite Seasonings To Taste
Pre-heat oven to 350 and put aluminum foil on baking sheet.
Begin cubing your potatoes, and when finished add them to your baking sheet along with the salmon fillets and veggies and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup and dijon mustard.
Next, using a basting brush, apply the glaze to the salmon.
Using your favorite seasonings, apply to the potatoes and veggies to taste and then drizzle in olive oil.
Bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes apart and enjoy!
